3 Ways to Show Employee Appreciation All Year Round

With Employee Appreciation Day on March 4th, it’s a good reminder that employees should be appreciated not only on that day but all year long. Over 91% of HR professionals say employee appreciation has a direct impact on employee retention and another study found employees who feel recognized are 63% more likely to remain at their job for at least the next three to six months.
