How to Heat Freshly Meals

“Cooking” The Freshly Way

Freshly meals are delivered fresh, never frozen, so they’re meant to be kept in your fridge. Not only does this mean better taste and quality, it means it’s simple to heat your meal in the microwave, the skillet, or oven.

In the Microwave
  1. Remove the cardboard sleeve and peel back a corner of the film—things are about to get steamy.
  2. Heat for 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
  3. Let it sit for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from microwave and peel off the cover.
  5. Plate and enjoy. This step is optional, but recommended for maximum enjoyment.

In a Skillet
  1. Heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat.
  2. If your dish has protein, add that in first and cook for 5 or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Don’t forget to flip halfway through.
  3. Add in the remaining sides and veggies, and stir occasionally until warmed-through.
  4. Let it sit for 2 minutes.
  5. Plate, enjoy, and update your resume with “Freshly Professional.”
  6. Bonus round: Rate Your meal and recycle your package.
In the Oven
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Transfer your meal to an oven-safe dish.
  3. Heat for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
  4. Remove from the oven, let it sit for 3-5 minutes, and enjoy the tasty smells.
  5. Plate and pat yourself on the back.
  6. Bonus round: Rate Your meal and recycle your package.
