“We want our customers to know that with our food, you’re getting gluten-free meals you can trust,” says Freshly co-founder Carter Comstock. “This is so important, especially if you’re following a strict gluten-free diet. It can be hard to eat out because of cross-contamination concerns.”

Why are some of Freshly's meals gluten-free in the first place?

“Eliminating gluten creates more room on your plate for good-for-you foods, like nutrient-dense veggies or complex carbs,” says Comstock. “It was a natural fit with our food philosophy, which eliminates ultra-processed foods and artificial ingredients from your diet.” 

Does your gluten-free food taste good?

Absolutely! We believe food should be as delicious as it is nutritious. In fact, that was one of the founding principles of Freshly.
