Not to mention that the food is straight-up DELICIOUS... and they'll change it up every so often so you can experience your favorites a new way. It is SO convenient to just microwave a meal-yet it takes like it came from a restaurant! I also don't eat red meat, but there have been plenty of options-and not just vegetarian ones--for me to get in my protein! Also, they're delicious, but under 500 calories...As a busy medical student, I often end up eating free pizza or something from the hospital cafe, so being able to get to my apartment and just heat up what tastes like a home-cooked meal is excellent. No cooking; and the quality of the ingredients is 10x better than those in other meal "kits." Absolutely recommend!”
