Are Freshly’s Purely Plant meals vegan meals?

Yes! Our plant-based meals do not contain any dairy, meat products, or animal-derived ingredients.

What are the benefits of a plant-based diet or replacing one meal/day with a plant-based meal?

Small changes can have a big impact—and enjoying at least 1 plant-based meal per day is a great way to ease into a more plant-based diet! Meatless Mondays? Try it with 1 meal instead of the whole day. How much protein do your Purely Plant meals have—and where does it come from?

Each of our plant-based meals contains at least 10g of protein derived from plant foods that are natural sources of protein, including whole grains (red & white quinoa, brown rice, wild rice) and legumes (lentils, chickpeas, black beans, peas, pinto beans) as well as nuts, nut butters (almond butter, cashew butter), and seeds (flaxseed, sesame seeds). Our house-made, signature plant protein is a proprietary blend that features pea protein, which was selected for its clean profile.
